To request a loan, follow these steps:

1. Download the App on your Android phone.
2. Complete the application: Have your ID, Debit Card ready, and prepare for a selfie.
3. Sit back and relax: We will respond within one business day and deposit the funds into the account of your choice.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure you have a valid Paraguayan ID and hold an active local bank account. Currently, the only payout option available is through bank transfer; soon, you will be able to collect the funds at a designated point of sale.

Terms of our credits:

• Minimum Term: 3 months, Maximum Term: 12 months.
• Minimum Amount: ₲ 500,000, Maximum Amount: ₲ 7,000,000.
• Repayment Type: Fixed Installments
• Maximum Nominal Annual Rate (N.A.R.): 26.74%.
• Maximum Effective Annual Rate (E.A.R.)*: 30.27%.
• Maximum Granting Commission: 27.00%.

*Note: These values are updated as of June 2023. Prester will always comply with the Limits for Usury Rates (Law No. 2,339/2003) set and communicated monthly by the Banking Supervision of BCP.

The interest rate and commission may vary according to the applicant's credit history with Prester or in the credit market and their estimated repayment capacity. The breakdown of interests, commissions, and expenses will be provided during the application process on the Prester app or website before approval, with the client required to accept these terms and conditions.

The granting commission covers expenses related to obtaining credit history data, identity verification, phone line validation, loan opening and management costs, credit risk evaluation expenses, and platform development, maintenance, and upgrade costs.

An App Services cost ranging from ₲ 20,000 to ₲ 50,000 is charged as a one-time fee at the loan initiation for approved operations. These charges cover validating card ownership and activity status and bank account or e-wallet validation costs.
